Christian Limmer has been working as a recruitment consultant since 1998 and has gained extensive experience and detailed know-how in various companies and industries.
In 2003, he joined a globally operating Life Science recruiting consultancy, which had just established a branch office in Germany. In the following 8 years Christian has built up the Clinical / Medical business unit in Germany and has made it one of the company's most profitable divisions. He has worked as a consultant, business development manager, head of permanent placement, consultant manager and eventually - a business director.
With two former colleagues Christian founded Constares in 2011.
