For years this industry has been showing strong growth. The reduction to core competencies among pharmaceutical companies has led to development of new business areas over the past years. At the same time there are constant market adjustments, acquisitions and mergers. Taking advantage of these opportunities and expanding business on an ongoing basis poses major challenges for every CRO and its employees. Employees in a CRO can gain a wide range of experience, get to know a broad spectrum in their field of activity, and gather experience that results from a multitude of clients and studies.
