Gunnar Mayr has been in recruiting for 15 years with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry. After starting his career as a trainer in adult education and project leader in educational research, Gunnar has been working as a recruiting consultant since 2003. In 2006, he joined DOCS International, a globally operating Life Science recruiting consultancy. Since then, he has been working solely in the search and selection of experts and executives for the pharmaceutical industry.
Gunnar holds a diploma as certified social pedagogue and is a certified Extended DISC user. With two former colleagues he founded Constares GmbH in 2011.
