Network

We provide our customers access to our network of professionals and executives, which we have built up over decades.Therein lies a decisive advantage, as increasingly more candidates are withdrawing from LinkedIn and Xing because they are contacted too frequently by recruiters. We have access to those candidates by having a personal exchange and not communicating via social networks.

We know our customers and our candidates. That's why we only present vacancies to candidates from our network that are suitable and interesting based on our interviews.

Our assignments are usually exclusive, i.e. the vacancies are not offered by other consultants and are often not published on job boards. This allows us to provide our candidates with exclusive access to highly interesting positions. We know our clients and can provide detailed information about the client and the vacancy.
